somatic experiences
« on: August 08, 2018, 07:16:06 PM »
sometimes i feel stuff in my body that doesn't come with an event or particular memory. it is just there.

like a general tension in my legs that comes and goes or a numbness in my pelvic floor or a knot in my troath.

how you should procede with the clicktracks in these cases?

You can try as you would with any other pain. Focus on the feeling and CT. You can use the accelerators and try the "why technique"
If you think it, feel it or say it...PSTEC it!
