Hair loss
« on: February 05, 2019, 02:00:50 PM »
Hey guys,

I recently noticed that I’m starting to lose my hair and it’s freaking me out! I’ve looked into treatments such as finesteride, I’ve changed my diet, and started looking up hair transplant doctors that I may need one day.

Is there any way I can use pstec to possibly stop the hair loss? I really don’t want to get on any medication for fear of side effects and was looking for a More natural approach. I’ve read in the pstec positive secrets where Tim wrote about possibly using pstec for breast enlargement, so I guess I have nothing to lose by trying to fix my hair problem with the pstec tools as well.

I was successful once in the past clearing up my acne simply by click tracking and feeling better about it...any reason to think the same approach would work here?

Also, any belief blaster statement/Ouantum turbo statement ideas would be helpful!

Hi bjdutch,

Thanks for your post.

I addressed a similar enquiry a while back:

http://pstecforum.com/pf/miscellaneous-and-other-topics/hair-loss/

This was before the introduction of Quantum Turbo.

While you could layer in suggestions with PQT, it might be best simply to focus on the "freaking out" feelings and CT those. You could amp this up by making it as bad as possible.

You might also benefit from CTing while trying hard to feel that you are losing control - see if you can link this to hair loss, or other aspects of your life.

There are some conclusions you are making about yourself, other people and losing your hair that is likely reinforcing these feelings.

I would recommend having a dig around to see if you can these conclusions/beliefs and then BB them.

Another PSTEC tool is "Magic Sentences for Men Coping With Hair Loss":

Hope this helps.

I am interested in learning about your progress.

Please keep us updated.

Best Regards,

Paul  :)
