Reality Transurfing is an autobiography written by Vlad Zedland in 2004. Zeland states he used to be a quantum mechanics physicist and later a computer technologist.

Zedland teaches on an ability to freely choose a variant of reality at will by establishing conscious control over one's intentions and attitude to the world.

This concept is similar to Think and Grow Rich, Law of Attraction, The Secret, principles etc. These concepts all suggest using the conscious mind to "create" what you want. Tim has been so kind as to develop the PSTEC Think and Grow Rich clicktracks to enable users to follow these principles by bypassing the conscious mind to directly access the subconscious.

There are five books by Zedland which have been translated from Russian into english. There is also a single volume that combines all five plus a workbook titled 78 days Practical Transurfing.

The intent of this article is to briefly outline how PSTEC can be used to facilitate Reality Transurfing through direct access of the subconscious mind to.

Transurfing Goals and Accepting Defeat

Zedland teaches to set goals and to achieve that goal, one must first abandon the desire to achieve that goal.

Example: you are thinking about how much you want to reach a certain goal, therefore you feel doubt and it means you have desire.

Of course one will naturally worry about whether if they have the right qualities and opportunities to achieve the goal. This will cause negative energy around the goal and as Zedland describes "excess importance".

His remedy to remove the excess importance is to "accept and remove the defeat in advance."

Zedland teaches that one must want and then act without desiring anything so internal intention will work for you.

From the book:
"One time, run the scenario of a possible defeat and see what will happen if you fail to achieve the goal then look for ohter options and the insurance of a plan B. Do this only once and then it will free you from the need to achieve the goal the way you wanted it to happen. It is beyond you to know how the goal might be achieved. Do not think any more about either defeat or success but simply keep walking towards the goal.  Move towards the goal as you would move toward your mailbox because you expect mail will be
there. If it did not work this time, then it will work the next."

How to do this:

The PSTEC emotional clicktracks (free basic, EEF, 2015) can work near miracles when used with a future imagined event. So to use them in the context of Reality Transurfings you would think abut what you want and then imagine the worst-case extreme things that could (or could not) happen. I like to use thoughts like it will not happen, it's impossible, will never change, it's a disaster, complete failure, will not succeed etc. as bad as it possibly can get. Then clicktrack these worst case scenarios until you no longer have any feelings around it. I also often imagine being completely obsessed (negatively) with the outcome and also obsessed with the negative outcome happening. I clear that too.

After clicktracking, some people say "oh i can feel it a little if I try." NO. The result you are after is to not feel it at all. It should not have any feeling and not be in your reality. If you can still feel it, keep going until you can't. Be honest with yourself! After you have done this, you will no longer have any worry, doubt, anxiety or fear about it because the worst case imagined outcome no longer exists, therefore the fear goes away. It will be unimportant.

If what you are trying to clear continues to come back, often times it is simply due to underlying anger with it. Here is a post that explains how to address this issue: https://www.pstecregister.com/blog/why-arent-the-tools-working-47 More times out of ten resolving the underlying anger will release any issue/feeling that keeps coming back.

You can also remove any beliefs that you might have in the way with Belief Blasters.  Though I find emotional clicktracks work just fine.

Some other chapters that are covered in Zedland's books cover:

Importance - Excess Potential
Satisfaction and Judgment
Dependent Relationships
Idealization and Overestimation
Contempt and Vanity
Superiority and Inferiority
The Desire to Have and Not Have
Intention
Feeling Guilty
Money
Perfection
Importance-Most Common Excess Potential
Letting Go of the Situation
How to Relax
Your Protective Sheath
Increasing the Level of Life Force
How to End Your Problems
How to Get What You Want from Others
True Success in a Business
End Your Criticisms
Attuning to Fraile
the Energy of Relationships
Accept Your Flaws
Looking for a Job
Coordination
Stopping the Battle
Liberation - Writing Your Bike
the Determination to Have

All of these can be resolved and/or transformed through direct access to the subconscious using PSTEC.

Transurfing Goal Slides/Imagination Slides

From the book:
"A  slide is a product of imagination. Put a positive and colorful slide in your imagination and it will work just like the negative ones do. Show yourself positive slides in your imagination and people will perceive you the same way. Draw yourself as you want to see yourself.

Create a slide of yourself looking as you want to be seen. See yourself moving with confidence, elegantly dressed, with aristocratic manners and great health.

Your slides show you with intellect and charm while you win other people's favor. You easily manage problems. The slide you continue to watch influences your actions and behavior.

Without even thinking, your daily life will adjust to those slides. The main work will be done by external intention in accordance with the image on the slide.

Visualize the process and the way you work and how it's moving to completion. Visualize the process of approaching the goal and you will significantly accelerate the work of external intention. You never need to know how your goal will be materialized so keep visualizing and calmly see the goal in the process of improvement. Become comfortable with the process of achieving your goal.

Positive slides introduce you to incredible new things and then place them in your comfort zone. Your soul will come to an agreement with your mind when you are ready to simply have.

With the help of slides in your imagination, unity between your soul in mind is achieved gradually. Immerse yourself in the picture, live in it virtually. In these slides, you are a participant not just the viewer. Playing slides must turn into a habit. A slide will give you results if they are played routinely for a long time.

Throw all importance aside and rely on the flow of variations. Live in your slides and you will involuntarily be going in the right direction. Your goal is located on distant life tracks which is why you must visualize yourself moving step by step towards it."

How to do this:

Step 1 - Remove all importance as outlined above in "Goals and Accepting defeat"

Step 2 - The "goal"

Using the relaxing accelerators:

Now that you have removed all of the negative energy around "what you want" you can now listen to the relaxing accelerator and tell the new story. Imagine "what success looks like." and imagine moving towards that outcome and as if you already have achieved it.  Think, feel and say with your inner voice over and over again what you want. This will add it to your subconscious.

Using PSTEC Positive/Positive Extra:

Create the phrases of what your goals are, imagining what you want the outcome to be "what success will be like" and moving towards that outcome.

Using Think and Grow Rich:

Use PSTEC Think and Grow Rich clicktracks to install multiple goals at once. You can even look at visual pictures "Vision Boards" of what you want.

Reinforce this with the creative imagination thought loop and the hypnopersistance track also included in Think and Grow Rich Clicktracks.

Enjoy!

Hello Brian

My question is about the PSTEC Think and Grow Rich Track Open Sesame.
There isn't much content about this track so I'm hoping you can answer.
The track is about asking your subconscious a question and it would give you a solution to your question. I was wondering if I could use it to ask my subconscious to get to the root to a problem i.e. beliefs, emotions, blockers, fears, worst case scenarios, earliest memories of the problem, so I could release it? Have you ever used it in this way? Would it be effective or useful?

I personally have not used it that way, maybe Tim or Jeff can answer? The open sesame tracks are designed for you to ask a question and your subconscious to figure out the solution.

You can use PSTEC Positive/Positive Extra to do this.

Of course you don't really need to because what you can do as outlined here is to use the worst case future imagined event, as bad and extreme as you can.

Often times when you do this it will flash back to you faces or images of what happened in the past. Then all you have to do is to clear those. The relaxing and tapping accelerators make this technique most effective. You can also ask "why" (why technique) when using the accelerators and imagining the worst case future imagined event and it will take you back to the original event, the key is to try really REALLY hard to focus and feel that feeling.

Brian, I understand your imagined worst case scenario approach. But can you talk more about how you would use the positive / positive extra tracks to ask your subconscious to get to the root of your beliefs emotions, fears, etc.? I didn't think you could use positive / positive extra that way.

Jeff made several posts on the forum here is one:

http://pstecforum.com/pf/feelings-ratings-suds-and-the-level-of-your/feelings-ratings-suds-muscle-testing/msg20/#msg20

==============
 From his post:

I'd like to suggest that 3 PSTEC positives be used prior to use of the click tracks.

"When I listen to the click tracks I follow the instructions because they are important"

"I want to feel what happened when I .......... so the click tracks will be able to quickly help me."

"I want to gently release my emotions to enjoy my life and to do so completely"

====================

A modified version of #2 would be:  "I want to remember what happened when .......... so the click tracks will be able to quickly help me."

I suspect another way to to this would be to use the tapping accelerator to install the statement  as it is designed for that.

There are also instructions in the mini-tutorial for physical pain. I can't think of any reason why they would not work for standard feelings.

Brian, what if you CT a future imagined event, get it down to 0, but then a few days later (or even the very next day), you feel it again? Do you stay exclusively with that particular imagined future event and keep click tracking it even if it takes a few days or weeks? During that time, do you click track other past or future imagined event or is it better to just focus on one event at a time?

Rather than a long explanation. Let Practitioner April Adams answer the question for us. :)

Run a round of clicktracks focusing on the problem and get extremely mad at what you want to go away!

https://www.pstecregister.com/blog/why-arent-the-tools-working-47

Come back and let us know if that worked.

p.s. Have a round on the clicktracks and imagine that the clicktracks will not work, it is impossible for them to ever work they cannot help you and get absolutely raging furiously irate about it in your imagination. Watch what happens. :)

Hi all,

PSTEC just works and, as you chip away the proverbial block, things will get easier.

It can prove very beneficial to spot the patterns you are running - both emotional and behavioural.

If an imagined future outcome that you have CTed seems to come back as emotionally intense, you can try to CT "in the moment" (or close to it) and identify and eliminate any beliefs that may be feeding into the pattern.

A rating is only a 0, if you feel no emotion at all and NO fear of it coming back.

A belief like "Change doesn't last" could also be eliminated.

The advantage of working with a PSTEC therapist or practitioner is that, as with a good friend, we can spot some of the patterns more readily. They are just patterns. We all have them.

We all tend to have "blind spots" and so, in my experience, it can be easier to recognise patterns in others than in ourselves. This is because we have a tendency to engage in what I call the "three Rs": repress, rationalise and re-imagine.

These are, in effect, a survival mechanism. It can be painful to "go there", so many of us run from the problem and engage in all sorts of distraction and denial tactics.

For self-help, you can achieve amazing results with PSTEC. It can be useful to take a backward step and see if you can spot your patterns: "anger when I don't get what I want", "fear when being criticised" etc.

Become a "pattern detective" and...go easy on yourself!

See if you can trace back the historical origin - run the Accelerator tracks (https://pstecaudiosource.org/accounts/23pq/24861/order to aid in this pursuit.

With PSTEC at your disposal, there really is a solution for every emotional or behavioural issue: try it on everything. As mentioned before, the only limitation seems to be "how deep do you WANT to go with PSTEC?" In other words, a certain amount of user choice is required.

Thank you, guys.

I wasn't really saying that I feel like PSTEC is not working (which is what April talks about), I was curious if the better strategy would be to focus on one particular emotion / imagined scenario / memory at a time.

As you say, Paul, chip away the proverbial block... in your experience, is it more productive to chip away one memory / pattern at a time until it's permanently dealt with or is it ok to chip away on more fronts simultaneously?

What April is referring to is if a feeling keeps coming back or stubborn what you can do is focus n that same feeling and the images and get angry at the feeling as angry as you can. This more times out of ten collapses it because it is the anger associated with the problem that is still holding it up.

The other piece there is actually getting to the root I find if you imagine worst case extreme it really doesnt get any worse than that and typically if you try really hard to feel it the clicktracks will reveal the original memories that caused it especially when you are using the accelerators.

Hi Tomas,

Thanks for your post.

It will depend on the individual, the issue being worked on, the context etc. I know "it depends" is kind of vague and non-committal.

Either approach can work. You can chip off a bit at a time, or work holistically. Always aim for a 0 or 1 and see if you have any fear of the fear coming back. If that ever happens, imagine the fear coming back and CT that.

In your case, have you tried running one memory (as opposed to a collection of memories linked to the same emotion) through the long version of Click Track 2015?

What can also be beneficial is seeing if the pattern shows up in other contexts.

Also say "It is safe to let go of this fear." If you struggle to say that, or you can consciously assess that it is NOT safe to let go of the fear, this could suggest some resistance. I would recommend that you layer in some positives.

Tim gave some good examples of this in the various tutorials. There was one example where a client mentioned that it would be dangerous to NOT feel fear when walking on bridges; Tim explained that your knowledge can guide you and that fear can actually endanger you more (in such a context) as you could make a rash decision.

This can be extrapolated to other contexts. For example: some people believe that, if they don't have a little fear, they won't be motivated for things like job interviews. That would be an example where someone might not want to feel the fear, but has some resistance to neutralising it. It can be useful to consider "who will I be without this emotion?"

With PSTEC, as you already know, you don't have to overthink things. However, if it ever seems that an unwanted emotion has come back, it might be that it was not fully removed in the first place...or there is a concern about letting go.

I've thrown some extras in here, as other PSTEC users will be checking in. Thus, not all of this will be relevant for your particular case, Tomas. I hope, however, it resonates with you.

Please update us on how you get on.

Again, thank you both. Great points, guys.

Paul, I haven't tried running one memory through the long version of Click Track 2015. I usually use a collection of memories linked to the same emotion, as you say. I thought it was the strength of the 2015 tracks. I'll run one individual memory or imagined future event through it. Thank you for all the "extras"... every bit you share is very helpful.
