The pattern continues. Every time I use PSTEC for some work issue, the issue turns out to be not so troublesome after all. It's amazing. I just experienced that once again and that prompted me to share it here. In this case it was a guy who was quite stubborn in his opinion and not so nice over the email. I just met with him and he turned out to be really cool and even flexible too.

I've used PSTEC for procrastination before to a great success.

I think the free clicktracks can do the work here. Just imagine cleaning your apartment and packing things up while running them. You're feeling fearful and uncomfortable right now about those things, so if you neutralize those feelings, you'll be ready to go. Literally, hehe.

I've noticed an interesting correlation. It seems to me that every time I use PSTEC Clicktracks on some emotional issues concerning my job, those issues always end up being resolved much better than I expected them to. This is in addition to me feeling personally much better after running the clicktracks. What I am impressed about most is that almost magic-like aspect of issues being taken care of.

Did someone also notice this?

hey guys i've just tried "women were fucking liars" to add a bit of subjectivity to it and while doing the 18 min BB a lot of emotions came up.

but at the end the emotions related to the sentence were still there so I did a BB of 10 mins on it.

the emotions were still there so I did a CT on it and they banished.

my question is. is this going right or BB should do the work alone and i should not have to use CT to clean emotions related to BB tracks?


As far as I know, all emotions stem from beliefs so theoretically clearing out the belief should be enough. However, in some cases emotions remain and CTing them is then necessary. I'm not sure why they linger, though. Clicktracks also change beliefs for the most part as well. The recommended approach is to CT and then work on beliefs related to the emotions. Reason for that is once the beliefs lose their charge, it's much easier to change them.

In your particular case with your issue with women, I think matters are a bit complex. For example, if you believe women are liars and let's suppose even this is true, why are you caring so much about that? Do you not trust yourself enough to know that you will be perfectly OK no matter what? Do you imagine loving them unconditionally even when they lie? I would take here a bit more spiritual approach to your issue. You can have fun even when someone lies you know. Paradoxically, I think your issue with dissolve if you lighten up on it and express love.

Exactly Darekkow. I don't know about other magic sentences because I haven't used them but in terms of the attraction phobia the 4 sentences are just said word for word in reverse. And I believe anyone can work them out perfectly and easily in a few tries most of the times on the first try.

I've been doing them consistently for almost  7 days now, and I know and memorized all 12 magic sentences in my mind now. I haven't memorized all the other 3 sentences that come with each group but I have memorized all the magic sentences perfectly.

Now how should I proceed Sally? Even though I have memorized the magic sentences should I now go for the other 3 sentences in each group? Because that's a lot of sentences .. precisely 48 to be exact. And that's hard lol

Yep, I see. It appears word for word reverse might be too easy for you. As far as I understand, memorizing is just the first step in this whole process, the real work is done when you're trying to figure out the magic sentence and while you're doing that consciously, your subconscious is absorbing any given set of sentences in the background. But when you don't have to concentrate anymore because you know the answer pretty much in the first couple of tries, there's no longer anything to do.

Personally, I would use Audacity to reverse the sound of the whole magic sentence (that is now just word for word reversed) without me knowing which it is obviously, but it can be done in that program fairly straightforwardly. You already know the answers, thus new magic sentences are needed in any given set. So sorry, I don't have a solution for you. Maybe Sally will be able to figure something out.

Hello Anais remember Magic Sentences work a lot like Pstec positives and you’ve done well to get your duds down with PSTEC 2015 so having done your clearing it made sense to reinforce positive outcomes with Magic Sentences. You’ve set yourself arbitrary goals of days of repetition and and I’m not sure why. Are you checking in with your feelings? What if anything is left that feels uncomfortable?

You don’t need to memorise all 4 Magic Sentences. Magic Sentences work by you concentrating on the process even if you never find the ‘right answer’.

I think it would be good to pause and explore what negative feelings are left for you around making relationships with women and even do some real world testing - in just a small way and let that guide your future PSTEC work. Best wishes to you Sally

As I am quite a dedicated student of various PSTE tools, I think Anais primarily meant that those Magic Sentences are just too easy for him, so there's not much to concentrate on anymore. Focusing on the process kind of stops working at that point when you know for sure the answers.

I saw that you had said that there are 3 kinds of ways by which any given magic sentence is made - word for word reverse, the whole sentence sound reverse or the mix of those two. Maybe he just finds that one particular kind too simple and easy.

Where did you get Magic Sentences for Attraction Phobia? I see there are lots of others, but there's nothing about attraction on the Magic Sentences page. I'm interested to try it out myself.

Thanks! I only used QT. I considered CTing, but I was a little concerned it could affect more than just this specific issue. I think caution is advised here as not to clear too much so to speak and I'm glad I was able to do it without clearing any emotions around that.

BTW, thanks for your previous response to my question. I think I found the most optimal way for me - focusing on the given powerword in my mind and listening to Time's voice. It may be a small detail for some, but for me it was important, hehe.

DarekKow - Out of respect for a paying client I prefer to refrain. I used the words that came out of their mouth about what they wanted to accomplish as they already had a little desire to change. Again I reference the gold nuggets in this recording in using what the person already says to form the suggestion.

This is the best place to start with change for a person and is why beliefs are generally specific to the individual. They already believe what they say to some extent.

This simply needed to reinforce the thought and transform it into a belief. Enter quantum turbo.

I will say this: Quantum Turbo is so profoundly powerful that you can literally use it to "tell yourself what to do" even if you don't believe it at all. So with this concept in mind as you stated in your post that you already know what you want to do. You're already 100% of the way there. You just need to believe it. That's the extra 1% to hit the tipping point. This is accomplished by adding weight to it. Use those words to craft an 8-10 word suggestion or two and use the 15 minute track.

I crafted quite a few suggestions for my issue and it definitely worked. Probably overdid it somewhat, but I wanted to make sure it works. I actually used the word "disgusting" in a couple of my suggestions and this is exactly how I feel about porn now. I wouldn't do it now in hindsight though, because I don't prefer placing judgement values in my mind. Anyway, this was a few days ago and today was a true test for it, because I had a lot of free time, felt bored and there was the all too familiar heaviness in me and I was looking for a quick relief. So even though I was logically thinking about it and wanted to do it (out of habit I guess) I couldn't bring myself to doing it, I didn't even take a peek or anything. I now have a really bad and sick feeling around watching P. It's kind of funny how that works. I ended up finishing the Inside Out movie instead, hehe. I have also been doing a suggestion or two like "My life is now so much better without watching porn" every day just to make sure it sticks and I don't revert. But I do feel this change is deep seated already.

So far I have used Quantum Turbo primarily on two issues. One has shifted fairly well and the other less so and I'm wondering if I'm doing things as best as they can be done. My question pertains the repetition of my suggestion while the audio plays. So when I'm done visualizing a given power word, where should I best place my attention?

1. Subsequently on the rest of the words in my suggestion?
2. On the instructions Tim gives in the audio? "To keep half an ear" and my power word or my whole suggestion? 
3. Or should I stay focused on the power word until it changes?
4. Or even try my best to focus on all of the above? That would be quite a challenge to keep shifting my attention.

I can add that once I'm done visualizing my power word I can quite easily repeat the rest of my suggestion pretty much automatically hence my question what to best do next. Also, because I feel this tool could be so much more effective for me. I have been experimenting with it all, but can't seem to quite figure out what would be most optimal. I will appreciate your guys' perspectives on this matter. Thanks!

IMO Quantum Turbo is so powerful it can collapse an entire behavioral pattern with one positive suggestion. The key of course is the crafting of the suggestion.

Just today I helped a client end a porn addiction with one new belief. I also helped the same client collapse a "caretaking" behavioral program which is rather common in codependents again one belief and it was gone.

Clicktracks and/or belief blasters are not necessary however, it is always a good idea to clicktrack down the emotions on a given problem. If one knows the negatve belief, it's absolutely a good idea to run it through belief blaster before a new positive belief is installed.

Hi Brian,

Can you share that suggestion you used with your client for pornography addiction? I don't really have a problem with it but every so often I feel drawn to it and then it kind of becomes one for me. That dopamine spikes I get are really bad for me for some reason. It messes with me too much in other areas of my life too, so I'd like to stop completely and be really done with it.

Also, in your previous entry here you listed a couple of suggestions phrased in the negative sense like "I'm not going" or "I can't". How effective do you find are they compared to the purely positive standard suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I just got this new program and tried it out. I have a question.

Tim says "to keep half an ear on me" as the audio plays. How important is it?

I guess the same question is for Belief Blasters. I find it's really hard to repeat my affirmation/belief and at the same time listen to Tim in the background. When I focus on my sentences and don't consciously listen to what Tim says, does my subconscious still get the message? I didn't have that dilemma in case of Belief Blasters, because there Tim didn't say anything about half listening to the suggestions.

Also, can I be saying my affirmations out loud?


I am going through a self love course and one assignment is to do the following:

Every  morning  for  two  minutes,  look  at  yourself  in  the  mirror  and  say  OUT  LOUD words  like  these  to  yourself,  ”I  love  you,  youʼre  amazing!  Have you seen yourself  lately,  youʼre  so  beautiful,  you  are  the  love  of  God,  thatʼs  how  I  see you!  You  are  divine  perfection!”       

I thought of PSTEC and how I can incorporate it into this practice. I decided on standing in front of the mirror, eyes open, hands over my heart chakra, non-tapping version of Positive Extra Power playing in my headphones and repeating the above paragraph. I have done it two times already for the whole length of the track, which is almost 6 min.

I'm wondering if this process can be improved. I know that Positive tracks work best with short sentences, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it efficiently. I'm open to changing my whole statement, shortening it to one succinct phrase. I need a little guidance, though.

I welcome any advice on approaching mirror work with PSTEC. Thank you.
