Interesting real or imagined those feelings?

Hey guys,

Been struggling on craving feelings. I don't want to be specific about the habit I am trying to break but lets say I'm trying to stop cravings of cigs or eating sweets. I can't just tap on "how good it would feel to have one feeling" cuz its doesn't go away. I have been experimenting a lot and might have found a way:

-Imagine denying myself what I want - I simply can't have it. Then imagine the anger, frustration, impatience and try to tap on these feelings. Am I doing it right? whats your advice?

Hey guys,

I think there is a different path you should take for bad feelings that you want to clear and stuff that you feel is "justified".

What do I mean by this?
Feelings that you want to clear are things like depression, anxious fears. These things make us feel bad the in the moment. These are easy to CT because you want to get rid of them in the moment!

Feelings that we feel are "justified" are things like "anger" or a specific "craving." In the moment that I am angry, I feel it is "payback" or it is "justified." It is NOT a sad feeling that I want to get rid of. It's only later when I found what I did I feel bad, not in the moment. You can sit there forever and visualize yourself getting angry or craving a food or something that is bad for you and the click track only works sometimes but the feeling comes back.

The solution for me is to fast forward, visualize myself getting angry let it play out in my head and then feel the feeling of regret or "what did I just do?" feeling right away. CT this regret feeling! Same with craving, let it play out in your head and then feel that regret, "what did I just do" feeling. Someone once told me that you wouldn't do stuff if your mind didn't have a secret pay-off. You have to show your mind that pay-off you think you are getting from "justified" anger is not real.

What do you guys think?

Confused and Not Sure Where to Start / PSTEC accelerators everyday!?

Hey guys,

Couple of questions:
Sometimes my issues feel resolved in a minute or two of the PSTEC track (Accelerators or normal), sometimes my mind jumps to another emotion (unrelated or related) after this one is resolved.

1. Is is okay if the mind jumps to different emotions resolving them one at a time?
2. Is it okay to not finish the whole track if it feels resolved?
3. Is is okay to just to PSTEC accelerator everyday and not the normal track right after? it feels like I cleared it?

Hi I just tried the Accelerator track after a long time and it seemed to clear some peasky issue that was coming back or a related feeling. Am I done? haha or do I need to do the regular track after? It feels cleared but I thought Tim said you have to do regular track after?

So PSTEC is awesome - deff better than EFT and works faster and seems more permanent.

I have a question tho. Sometimes I just randomly feel sad/depressed, like wake up or if I'm bored. There really is no memory associated with this feeling. Can I just use the CT on trying to feel that sad feeling deeply and even though no memory present? It seems to be working so far.

I did a test and I wanted to know what you guys think.
I basically asked my mind to bring up any feeling that is stopping me from "loving myself 100% in this moment." And then I focused on that feeling as hard as I could to keep it there and ran the click track on it. I feel lighter and more self-love. Is this a good way to do stuff in general when there is no memory present just general sad feelings? I will also try this with goals. like "mind bring up feeling that is stopping me from getting a great job, great girl, etc"

Thoughts? I am want to keep doing this daily as I think one round is not enough to clear these deep issues.

Hello,

It's been a recurring theme where I go and out and I approach girls that I like but I get really bad reactions and I end up getting rejected. Yesterday I got pissed and frustrated and disnt even enjoy my time out. I can get girls I barely like but the ones I like, they always reject me. I'm confused on what to tap on. Please help.

How can you cure low self-esteem using PSTEC? Do you just click track on every single negative feeling that comes up when you can tie it to an event?

Also, sometimes I have just have general sadness feelings about "life", i.e. depression or low self-esteem. They aren't tied to any specific event. Can you use CT for just negative feelings without any events? Do you just focus on the feeling then?

Still finding doubt and all types of not believing it will happen. Followed all kinds of steps from secrets to PSTEC positive. So frustrated that I don't even want to keep going with it.

You guys will probably say that I started with a goal that's too unbelievable. No I am just a negative person that doesn't believe in myself by nature. I do believe I am lucky though.
I am in LA and just lost my job. I used to make 100k base and 85k on top of that with commission. I am waking up night stressed and depressed.

My PSTEC goal: I allow myself to get a job in socal worth 150k+ that I love easily. Guys forget about 100k base, its so bad here, I don't even believe I can get a 75k base. Been trying PSTEC for years. The feelings always come back and it only leads to limited results that are fleeting. This not better than Sedona and I am moving back to that...

Hi Jeff,

Every time I do the click tracks, the issues seem clear, but then the emotion comes up again in the moment. You are correct though that I have not CTed since I bought the magic sentences. I have just been doing magic sentences 100%.

How many sessions do you think it would take to clear up this issue and what is the average price per session?
