Hello all,

I recently went back to using my click tracks (thanks to Paul McCabe's great suggestions).
I have focused the last 2 days on a stubborn issue I had and the emotional charge of it went down.  Although still there, I'm gonna continue until I get it down to a zero.

One thing that I have noticed during and after running a CT is that different emotions have come up.  I know some techniques outside of PSTEC call these "aspects".
Question:  should this be the case in PSTEC also?  (i.e., new things come up)


Belief Blasters / What are the typical beliefs that surround betrayal?

I know what I'm feeling because of the betrayal, but I don't know how to word it.
Does anyone have any suggestions or have a similar experience with betrayal that can give me an idea of beliefs that I can work on?

Hello all,

I just purchased BB last night.  I will fully listen to the Instructions today (twice or more just to fully understand this new PSTEC tool).  :)
Question:  how do I know what my beliefs are?   Are there ways of knowing what my 'negative' ones are?

Please advise when you can.  :)

Before chalking this to one as *the same* as a recent post titled, "How to REALLY try to hold on to the negative memory/feeling with click tracks", which was answered amazingly by Peter Bunyan, I think my issue is a bit different.
I apologize if this is a similar post, but I only recently got back perusing this forum.

Here it goes:
I have no problem zeroing into my issues.  What I do have a problem with is when I start the PSTEC CT's and when Tim says, "... focus on your issue."  At this point I cannot.

Then I sometimes stop the CT, take a break, then I can focus/feel the issue/emotion again.

Any advice to holding on to the issue at least in the beginning would be great.  (as strange as that sounds)
