I constantly get feelings of
I am a failure
My life sucks
I am a loser, I am useless
I have screwed up everything
I have accomplished nothing

I have tried to blast these beliefs but they keep coming back.
Can anyone suggest some nice PQT to try too?

I go to sleep during the CT 2015 long, and others but that's the one that keeps on happening

This used to happen every now and again but now always.
If I do 2 x CT back to back one of them I will sleep through and wake up tired

Other things that are going through my head in this topic are:

1. I dont know what i want
2. Should I do this or should I do that
3. Some days I want A some days I want B

I just dont know, what i want.

Brain can you suggest who to use the tools to help with these feelings? Thanks a lot.

Hi Brian - glad I found this on the forum thanks a lot.
I also struggle with fear of unknown and will try these BB tonight. Most times I'm not sure what I should do path A or B.

Can you give some PQT examples too please?

Ive had a pretty horrible relationship for 4 years. Now its over, or we are trying to work it out, but I know she (and me) are just going back to our old tricks...

So I want to forget about her completely... I would like she doesn't have any impact on me whatsoever... I really wish I never met her, and want to remove all feelings and thoughts... I think these things constantly and I know they arent helping me!

I need a straight process to follow, so I can PSTEC everyday... Can someone give me a process to follow please?

There are certain memories
- Like lying, cheating
- Fighting
- No get along
- Not getting invited to ...

But what bugs be more are the thoughts
- Why did she do that
- Why does she think that
- Shes the most beautiful girl
- Shes so awesome
- I hate her
- Someone else will get her
- Shes happy without me
- What does she want from me

Strange, but yes its these thoughts that keep going on in my head...

I have purchased the following:

- PSTEC Accelerators
- Level 1
- Positive Secrets
- Free CTs

Ive read so much that now im confused what to do and the process.
Do I do CTs first, then Accelerators?
Do I CT every single memory one by one?
Or Do I just think of her and feel any and every hurtful emotion?

Just want to be happy, and she drains a lot from me... Need to move on...
