Just do the best you can. It doesn't have to be perfect on the power words.Completely normal to forget where you are.  If you make a mistake, just pick up where you can.

Ok cool, that's good to know.

Thanks again Brain

Shoutman give these a go with PQT

I'm more powerful and bigger than any difficulty or challenge now
I overcome challenges and difficulties with ease now because I'm thriving
Problems/challenges/difficulties are light and momentary now (You can do all three)
I conquer every problem like it's nothing now
Change is exciting and thrilling now because I love change
I conquer change effortlessly now because nothing stands in my way
I will do whatever it takes to change starting right now
I'm dedicated to creating change now because changes feel great
I am able to completely change just like that safely now
I will completely transform myself (my life) into something so much better now

Cool thanks Brian.

Do you have any tips for doing the longer ones? Sometimes I find I have trouble remembering where I'm up to with the power words

Ok cool thanks, I assumed either way would be fine just wanted to double check.

I like the anchor idea too, thanks Brian.

Hey everyone,

When crafting suggestions for PQT I noticed that I tend to write out the suggestion in long form basically because I want to ensure the subconscious is very clear on what I am saying however this results in the actual sentence containing more words.

Take the suggestion: It's great that I'm successful

When doing PQT i would break that down to: It is great that I am successful

So "it's" becomes "it is" and "I'm" becomes "I am".

I think I just always assumed you need to be super clear so the subconscious understands.

Do you have to break it down like that for the subconscious or does it know both mean the same?

On a sidenote how I speak I would just say "It's great that I'm successful" instead of "It is great that I am successful" so I don't know if that makes a difference?

Probably over thinking it but I just don't know how specific you need to be with the subconscious.

Ok cool, got it,

Thanks for the help :)

Cool thanks  :)

Great thanks Brian. Narrowing down to the core belief made things easier for me.

I have a follow up question which I think was tripping me up a bit.

More about the wording structure not the belief itself as looking back on my list I've done this with a few beliefs.

Take the belief: I don't deserve success

Past tense: I didn't deserve success

BUT as per the instructions you have to put the whole sentence in past tense so "deserve" would become "deserved".

But "I didn't deserved success" doesn't make sense so it would be:

"I hadn't deserved success"

I don't want to overthink things but as you said the instructions are very important so to clarify.

The belief "I don't deserve success" would become "I hadn't deserved success"

and NOT "I don't deserve success" as the whole sentence isn't in past tense.

Is that correct?

Thanks again

Hey guys,

Wondering if you can use BB for future fears and if so how would you structure it.

Example if I had a fear that I would be lonely if I moved to a new city would you structure it like:

I had been scared I would've been lonely if I moved to Sydney

I had been lonely in Sydney

Just wondering the best way to tackle.

Any help appreciated :)

Hey guys,

Noticed today when I was running a belief through the belief blaster track that I worded it in the past tense by saying "I had believed.." just wondering if this is correct or if it is better to just do the actual belief.

For example:

I had believed I hadn't deserved success

I hadn't deserved success

I also realized I had done this before with thought instead of belief.

I had thought I would've failed

I would've failed

Very curious to hear opinions on this, if one is better than the other or if it even matters etc.

Thanks everyone :)

I don't see why not?

Awesome thanks Brian

Great thanks.

Would it still be advisable to put the belief through the whole sequence but just use PQT instead of PP?

For example:

I can be successful
I expect to be successful
I am successful

Or is that not needed anymore with PQT so you could just go ahead with I am successful and that would be enough?

Or use PQT to make it a bit more punchy like:

I really am successful now it's absolutely true

Ok cool thanks. Is it possible to use the tapping accelerator too?

Thanks :)
