Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share my experience a bit with How To Achieve Anything. I've noticed that I have been procrastinating on doing the clearing work recommended at the start.

When I first went through the program it made perfect sense to me and I was excited to click track all the crap away and had lots of ah ha moments as to why I wasn't succeeding in certain areas of my life.

However I've found myself putting off actually click tracking those issues. I think one reason may be that I am a bit overwhelmed as I wrote out a list of issues to click track and I worked out that using the EEF's it would take over 8hrs to go through every issue.

Another reason I thought of might be that these are negative issues that generally don't feel very good so I think I have resistance towards actually sitting down and bringing these things up and feeling like crap so I can click track them.

Even though I know that in the long term it will help I'm just finding it hard to sit down and say ok let's think about this horrible thing and click track it.

I think I am just going to try and power through as I am sure I'll be fine once I get started but I've been meaning to do this all week and sort of realized that I keep putting it off which if I had started when I said I was going to I would of probably been finished now.

So just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone has any suggestions or went through something similar.

Quick question about installing the new beliefs, since PQT has come out after the How To Achieve Anything product I am wondering if the I am wondering if doing the I can, I do, I am etc. approach is still relevant?

Do you still need to do it in small chunks like that or can you just install the full belief using PQT?

Also I'm assuming either way we can use PQT instead of PSTEC Positive?

I heard on the How To Achieve Anything Fast audio that there was a learning and retention product in the works, since that was 4 or 5 years ago it seems that never got off the ground, unless I missed it?

In any case I'd like to know the best way to use the current tools to help learn and retain information.

I have an online marketing business and there are various courses that cover different topics related to my business. These are usually online video courses about a certain subject.

For example a 10+ hour video course on the topic of running Facebook Ads.

The way I have been doing it was to go through the entire course in it's entirety and then go back through it again slowly and implement as I go along.

There are these long courses on pretty much every aspect of the business, marketing, copywriting, social media marketing, Instgram ads, outsourcing and so on.

After having much success with PSTEC in general I figured there must be a way to be able to learn faster and actually retain the information so I don't have to go through these courses again or go back and check on things.

So with the tools currently available (unless there is a learning product that I've missed) what would be the best way to learn and retain and implement this information.

Hey guys,

I am wondering what the best way (if any) is to structure statements about specific money amounts in terms of what you visualize in your head and as you say the amount as the power word.

For example, $100,000 could be imaged in your head as the power word but when you actually say it you say "one hundred thousand dollars" so it's actually 4 words so it's a bit hard to emphasize the power word while seeing the single image of $100,000 in your head in big bold letters while saying one hundred thousand dollars.

So is the solution to just write out your statements and have each individual word be the power word, so in the above example it would take 4 repeats to have "one hundred thousand dollars" emphasized as the power word?

Also as a side question do you need to state profit? Will the subconscious know you mean profit or do you have to clearly state that you mean "one hundred thousand dollars profit" ?

One thing I also done when crafting my vision was noted down all the resistance and negative stuff that came up as I was mapping out my ideal life and then click tracked and used the belief blasters on them to clear it all out which has seemed to really work.

Do you know if there is actually a forum for the Think & Grow Rich program as they keep mentioning it the course or are they just referring to this program?

Hi shoutman.

I am interested in hearing a response on this because i have often wondered this myself. How do you write your goals out by the way? Do you almost do bullet points of all the things you would like to achieve. Or do you write it out like an essay? I have changed mine twice now over the last few months. I haven't included a date though, or a particular figure for my business. Its early days for my business, and again like you not sure what i would like to being earning "now" or what is believable "now". I know what i would eventually like to be making, but then as you said eventually could never arrive unless i see it as a possibility now. I would like to imagine if you just keep at it, the though of making 5000 a month will become believable now. After all that is what the tools are for, yes? Otherwise if we had already believed what we wanted we wouldnt need something like pstec in the first place. Im going to say keep using positive and the tagr click tracks for the "now" to make it more of a reality today rather than tomorrow.

I wrote mine out as an essay.

I listened to it again and I think what I am going to do is basically do both. Tim and Jeff mention in the module that Step 6 in the book is where you visualize and feel the feelings of having it now after you've already told the subconscious when you want to achieve it by setting a time trigger.

After listening to it again my understanding is you want to set that time trigger so that the subconscious actually gets moving and then feel what it would be like to actually have your vision now.

For the TGR click tracks I'm going to do it like that, put the time trigger and feel like I already have it now.

As far as the PQT suggestions my guess is these would only help support the "now" feelings.

For example making $10,000 per month

TGR Time Trigger: I want to be making $10,000 per month in my business by December 31, 2018

PQT: I make $10,000 per month in my business

I would really love to hear the input from some of the admins on this.

By the way is there a TGR forum, it's mentioned in the course but I can't seem to find it.

Hi everyone,

My question is about setting the beliefs in the "now" vs. the future.

I've come to the part in the program where a student asks about setting beliefs as if they have already achieved them instead of them being in the future.

The example the guy uses is he is currently making $5,000 a month when in reality he is not. The idea being that if you feel and believe it now the subconscious will get to work to make it a reality.

I've also heard similar things that you should always set your goals in the present tense because if you set them in the future they will always be in the future. Like when you say "I'll do that tomorrow" tomorrow never comes.

However Tim discourages doing this as he says if it flies in the face of reality it won't stick. But in module 1 he says he writes his goals/vision in the present tense but he just puts a time deadline on it.

So now I am a little confused, which am I supposed to do? I don't really want to set my beliefs in the future as I feel if I do that they will always be in the future.

I've also already started doing beliefs and adding now to the end of them and doing similar income ones like the example.

I get the feeling Tim's advice was more if someone who has a mountain of debt and currently has no money coming in at all it would directly contradict with having $5,000 come in every month which makes more sense.

For me personally I already have a business that makes money I just want to take it to the next level and I also have peers who are in the same business who are hitting the goals I want to achieve so it's not that big of a stretch for me to believe I can do the same.

Any clarity on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Paul and Brian thanks for your responses.

I think there probably were a few underlying beliefs as you mentioned Paul.

I do want to be clear I am actually feeling quite good about the whole thing at the moment. A couple of months ago I actually started to feel like I'm finally getting over her and then I discovered PSTEC and probably about a week ago I done the free click track and was amazed at how it neutralized the negative feelings and then got the EEFs and used them on certain painful memories/fights/situations and feel good.

There hasn't been any of the emotional or painful memories since I started using PSTEC like replaying old scenarios in my head, that was all before PSTEC so I am hoping they are gone.  The only thing that still really happens is things will remind me of her and I'll be like damn I thought of her again but I'm finding there isn't really much of an emotional charge behind it.

I just started doing the belief blasters today, the ones I used (which may not have been in the correct format) were:

I couldn’t let go of her
I couldn’t get over her
I had thought about her everyday
Things had reminded me of her
I had missed being in a relationship with her
I couldn’t move on from her
I had been scared of never hearing from her again
I couldn’t get a girl as hot as her
I couldn’t get a girl hotter than her
I couldn't get a girl as cool as her
I couldn't get a girl as good as her
(I replaced her with her actual name when doing the tracks)

We lived together for 4 years and were engaged. To explain the breakup...

It started 3 months into the relationship when I found out she had been sleeping with another guy and me at the same time when we first met, before we were officially together. The issue was that I had asked her about this at the time and she said no so we became official and 3 months later madly in love and had just moved in together and I come across dirty emails from her to this guy and I match up the dates and from there it pretty much done my head in (oh how I wish I knew about PSTEC then haha). I made the mistake of thinking if I slept with someone else we would be even and I would feel better, which it didn't and just made me feel guilty. Then about a year later she found out and that was pretty much the beginning of the end.

She moved out suddenly which caught me off guard and about 6 months later we properly broke up. Because I'm not from the same country I flew home. This was end of 2014.

We agreed to wait a few months and get back in touch and see how we felt, so we did and we both decided to get back together. She was going to come and see me.

Except it dragged on and on where she would tell me she was coming and then I wouldn't hear from her and then we would skype and it would be all good and this dragged on through all of 2015. Which I had then found out she had a new boyfriend during that time.

So in 2016 I flew over there and she had a different new boyfriend but we talked and decided we would be together again, she would pack up and move back to her home town I wold fly back home get things organized and then fly back over and we would be together again. So at this stage it was all good, she did move back to her home town and we were making wedding plans.

So at the start of 2017 I flew over and lived with her for 3 months but it was horrible, she wasn't interested in me at all. We slept together once during the whole 3 months and I found pictures on her phone in bed with other guys, I found male sex toys in the bathroom, she was always working extremely late and she was also on tinder.

It obviously didn't work out so I flew home and we properly broke up May 2017. I was pretty much a mess after that, even messaged her a few times wanting to get back together. Then I found out she had a new boyfriend about a month after I left.

By the end of the year I had started to accept the fact it was over and was seeing other girls but nothing serious.

We emailed a couple of times and it was nice but I found myself checking my email a million times a day to see if she had replied. I last heard from her about 8 months ago, she didn't reply to my last email.

A couple of months ago I moved and started getting out there and going on dates which has helped a lot but she was always still in the back of my mind so I was extremely happy when I tried the free click tracks and they worked.

An issue I have had was thinking I would never get a girl as cool and as attractive as her, as she was objectively very attractive and I find myself comparing her to other girls I'm seeing and then feeling bad when they are not as good.

Even when sleeping with other girls I'm comparing their bodies to hers and on occasion I've had to think about my ex to actually finish.

I also had this fear of never talking to or seeing her again, I think I got comfort in the thought that we could still be friends and check in with each other and see how we were going but I haven't heard from her in ages. She also has my dog which sometimes I miss.

Like I said I only discovered PSTEC about a week ago so the majority of all these thoughts and feelings are pre-PSTEC but I definitely want to move on and just feel ok with everything.

I think I'm on the right track but I would definitely love any advice on what to do next.

I don't really feel sad or hurt anymore I kind of just want to move on, I'm sick of it being an issue I'm more excited to use PSTEC in other areas of my life I just want to be done with this part but I want to make sure I "fix" it properly if that makes sense.

Trying to work out the best way to word the beliefs using the correct structure to stop thinking about an ex.

I've clicked tracked the feelings in general which has helped significantly and I'm just now running a few beliefs such as:

I couldn't get over her
I couldn't move on
I couldn't let go of her
I had missed her

I think these will probably be enough as just running the EEF click tracks a few days ago has done wonders.

However one thing that I want to get rid of is to stop thinking about her on a daily basis. It's not always negative thoughts (although sometimes it is) but just random thoughts about her or things we done together.

Or sometimes I'll replay old memories in my mind either how they actually went or new versions like an old fight but imagine it going differently. I'll catch myself doing this and then feel bad as we broke up years ago now and think I shouldn't still be struggling with this.

Admittedly this has significantly died down the past few days from the click tracks alone so I'm very optimistic about the belief blasters completely removing everything.

But how do I stop things reminding me of her and therefor me thinking about her. For example I was cooking pasta the other day and it reminded me how she taught me to break it in half first and then I started thinking about her and when we lived together and so on. But there are a heap of these tiny little things.

So what would be the best way to word the beliefs correctly.

I couldn't stop thinking about her - not sure if this is correct because thinking isn't in the past tense?

I had thought about her everyday
I had thought about her all the time

I am hoping the initial beliefs will fix this and I won't think about her anyway but I am just a little confused on the best way to word it correctly.

Hope that makes sense.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

So I listen to the tracks with headphones on my phone and I was half way through PQT when my phone rang, so the track stopped and I got a loud ringtone in my ears.

Obviously not ideal but is this going to screw anything up?
